At Planting Brand Infotech, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, SEO, and web design services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.

1. Monthly SEO & Retainer-Based Services

This applies to: Full Monthly SEO, Local SEO, AI SEO, LinkedIn Lead Generation, Email Marketing, and Outbound Calling services.

  • Refunds are available only if the request is made before work has begun on your account/project.
  • Once our team has started work (keyword research, on-page optimization, campaign setup, content creation, calling, etc.), the service is considered non-refundable, as resources and time have already been allocated.
  • For ongoing monthly retainers, you may cancel future billing cycles at any time; however, the current active month is non-refundable once work has started.

2. One-Time Project Services

This applies to: Website Design (WordPress/Wix/Shopify) and Shopify Store Setup.

  • An advance/deposit is required to begin any project.
  • This deposit is fully refundable within 24–48 hours of payment, provided that no design, development, or planning work has started on your project.
  • Once work has commenced (wireframing, design mockups, development, or content added), the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • Any additional milestone payments made after project work has started are also non-refundable.

3. Advertising Spend (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn Ads)

Amounts allocated as ad spend/ad budget are paid directly to the respective advertising platform (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Our service/management fee for running these campaigns follows the same policy as retainer-based services above (refundable only if cancelled before work begins).

4. Refund Request Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already commenced on your project or campaign.
  • Delay or lack of response from the client’s side affecting delivery timelines.
  • Change of mind after work has started.
  • Dissatisfaction with results due to factors outside our control (e.g., search engine algorithm changes, ad platform policies, market competition).
  • Third-party costs already incurred (domain, hosting, ad spend, paid tools/plugins) on your behalf.

6. How to Request a Refund
